JICA STRADA is a Windows-based package system developed to assist with transport forecasting. It was created by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (formerly Japan International Cooperation Agency) for use in developing countries and to facilitate the sharing of databases. The JICA STRADA project was initiated in 1993, led by Professor Hideo Nakamura of Tokyo University, and supported by experienced professionals and academics.
